For the Section 83E Round 2 Solicitation, in parallel with the DPU proceeding under D.P.U. 26-75, the Distribution Companies plan to post a draft of the standard, non-negotiable long-term contract in the form of a Terms and Conditions document and Form of Confirmation for distribution-level energy storage proposals for stakeholder review prior to the issuance of the RFP. The draft documents along with the formal request for stakeholder review are planned to be posted to the MA Clean Energy Website on Thursday, July 16, 2026.
