The Massachusetts Distribution Companies provided an opportunity for stakeholder review of the distribution-project Form Long-term Contract relevant to the RFP for a second-round solicitation for mid-duration energy storage projects under Section 83E. Per the proposed RFP, for distribution-level projects there will be a standard, non-negotiable contract for Environmental Attributes. No mark-ups will be accepted with offered proposals.
Stakeholders were invited to submit comments on the draft documents posted below by July 30, 2026. Please see the attachment for exact details.
