Responses to Questions

The Evaluation Team published written responses to the first batch of questions on September 14, 2017, the second batch on September 20, 2017, the third batch on October 18, 2017, and the final batch on November 2, 2017. Please note that no further questions will be answered.

All communication with the Evaluation Team pertaining to this RFP must be submitted via email with the subject-line “Massachusetts 83C RFP” to the Evaluation Team email at maRFP83c@gmail.com.

Prospective bidders may submit written questions to the Evaluation Team pertaining to the solicitation. All questions must be submitted to the Evaluation Team at maRFP83c@gmail.com no later than July 26, 2017. The Evaluation Team is under no obligation to answer any question submitted after July 26, 2017.
