All communication with the Evaluation Team pertaining to this RFP must be submitted via email with the subject-line “Massachusetts 83E II RFP” to the Evaluation Team email at maRFP83E@gmail.com.

Prospective bidders were allowed to submit written questions to the Evaluation Team pertaining to the solicitation. All questions were to be submitted to the Evaluation Team at maRFP83E@gmail.com no later than August 20, 2026. The Evaluation Team is under no obligation to answer any question submitted after August 20, 2026.
