The Electric Distribution Companies (“EDCs”) announced that they have filed, on July 2, 2026, long-term contracts with Trimount for a 700 megawatt storage project developed by Jupiter Power, Energizar for a 250 megawatt storage project developed by Flatiron Energy, and Salt Cod for a 168 MW storage project developed by Flatiron Energy for review and approval by the Department of Public Utilities. The Trimount, Energizar, and Salt Cod projects were selected pursuant to the Section 83E Round I Procurement.
