In response to some stakeholder requests, the RFP Team will consider written comments on the Draft 83C Round 3 RFP submitted up to Thursday, February 25, 2021 at 5pm. Given that the RFP Team has limited time to review comments and finalize the RFP, commenters are encouraged to submit comments as soon as possible.
