In accordance with the 83E RFP for Long-Term Contracts for Energy Storage Projects, prospective bidders were allowed to submit written questions to the Evaluation Team pertaining to the solicitation. All questions were to be submitted to the Evaluation Team at maRFP83E@gmail.com no later than August 21, 2025. The Evaluation Team is under no obligation to answer any question submitted after August 21, 2025.

Registration for next Thursday’s Section 83E Storage Procurement’s Bidder’s Conference is available here. The Bidder’s Conference will be held for Prospective Bidders, and open to interested persons, on August 14, 2025 at 1 PM ET to 2:30 PM ET. The purpose of the Bidder’s Conference is to provide the opportunity to clarify any aspects of the 83E RFP for Prospective Bidders.
