The Bidder Conference was held for Prospective Bidders, and open to interested persons, on August 14, 2025 at 1 PM ET to 2:30 PM ET. The purpose of the Bidder Conference was to provide the opportunity to clarify any aspects of the 83E RFP for Prospective Bidders.

Prospective Bidders are encouraged to submit written questions regarding the 83E RFP to the Evaluation Team on or before the deadline for submission of questions listed in the schedule. The Evaluation Team will answer questions received from Prospective Bidders by that deadline and will post the questions and answers on the 83E Q&A page. Please follow the protocols on that page.

Although the Evaluation Team responded orally to questions posed at the Bidder Conference, only written answers that are provided in response to written questions will be official responses. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to check the website for news and updates.
