DOER has notified the Department that it is in the process of finalizing selection in consultation with the Independent Evaluator and the Evaluation Team is extending the Bid Selection Date.  All subsequent solicitation schedule dates will remain the same as detailed in the Department’s Order.  

DOER will keep the Department informed of the progress towards the selection of proposals and the ultimate execution of contracts consistent with the remainder of the Section 83E timetable in the Order.
