The Evaluation Team is providing the following notice regarding the Section 83CIV Request for Proposals (RFP) issued August 30, 2023: Section 2.2.1.11 of the RFP states that the study requirements in Appendix I may be modified due to changes in the status of existing clean energy contracts during the bid development period. To reflect changes in the status of offshore wind power purchase agreements since RFP issuance, the evaluation team has updated the study requirements in Appendix I. Bidders must provide analysis that aligns with the updated requirements.
